A 25% deposit is required to lock in your appointment. This goes toward your service on the day.

Need to cancel? No problem—just let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time, and we’ll refund your deposit or roll it over to your next booking.

Cancelling within 48 hours? We’ll keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Running late? It happens! Give us a heads-up as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late? We might need to reschedule, and a no-show fee of 100% could apply.

If we can still fit you in, we’ll adjust the service as needed, but the full price still applies.

We don’t do refunds for services, but we do promise you’ll leave loving your look!

If something’s not quite right (e.g., uneven cut, toner mishap), let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll fix it for free.

Revisions must be booked within 7 days of your original service.

After 7 days, it’s considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

Got a faulty product? No worries! Bring it back within 30 days with proof of purchase, and we’ll replace it.
